Privacy policy

Rachmanow is a classical concert discovery app for the UK. This policy describes what we do with your information. We collect as little as possible.

What we collect

• Account. If you sign in with Apple we receive a stable user identifier, and your name and email address only if you choose to share them. We store these to identify your account.
• Favourites. The composers you follow, stored against your account so they appear on your devices.
• On-device data. Recently loaded concerts are cached on your device. Anonymous browsing (without an account) is not sent to us beyond normal API requests.

What we do not collect

• We do not process payments and never see card details. Rachmanow does not sell tickets.
• We do not use advertising, analytics or tracking SDKs, and we do not sell or share your data for marketing.
• We do not request your location.

Where data is stored

Account and favourite data is stored in our database hosted on Fly.io (London) and Neon. Sign-in is handled by Apple under Apple's privacy policy.

Retention and deletion

You can delete your account from the Profile tab. That removes your account and favourites from our servers. Cached concerts are removed with the app.

Depending on where you live you may have rights to access, correct or erase your data. Use the contact link below and we will help.

Children

Rachmanow is not directed at children under 13.
